Our story
CluePilot began with a small frustration: getting ready for interviews meant another browser tab, another login, and a chat history sitting on someone else's server. We wanted the opposite — one keystroke, one window, your own key, and nothing in between.
What it's for
CluePilot is a small app with a narrow job: help you prepare well — clearly, quickly, and in your own words.
Rehearse answers and drill concepts in one keystroke, without leaving whatever you were doing.
Get a clear, well-shaped explanation of an idea the moment a question pops into your head.
Add your background once and behavioural answers are built from your real projects — not invented ones.
What we care about
CluePilot is designed to run on your own Mac with your own AI key, so your practice stays with you.
It aims never to invent experience you didn't give it — placeholders over fabricated stories, every time.
Built with Swift and SwiftUI to feel like a real Mac utility — quick to open, quick to get out of the way.
Using it well
CluePilot is meant for practising, studying, and assistance where it's allowed. It isn't meant for interviews, exams, or assessments that don't permit help — the app can't know the rules of any given assessment, so that judgement is always yours. By design, it focuses on helping you prepare rather than on hiding anything from anyone.
This page is general information about CluePilot and reflects our intentions and design goals. It is provided as-is, may change at any time, and is not a contract, a warranty, or legal advice, and it creates no binding obligations. Features and behaviour can vary by version and configuration.
